A "virtual front desk" is a way to use Zoom to provide "drop in" support for folks. Visitors can access your virtual front desk via a Z url or a QR code, either using their smartphone or a laptop.
This tool helps you provide your Virtual Front Desk (VFD), by allowing you to determine who will answer your VFD, how they'll be notified, and what their hours are. It provides a simple landing page for your VFD. This tool doens't create your Zoom meeting directly - do that first, by following our instructions.
